Hey Front Royal, Strasburg, Winchester, and all of Warren County! We're Front Runners, a regional social run club built to bring the Shenandoah Valley running community together. We're excited to kick things off with a partnership with On Cue Sports Bar & Grill, where we'll be meeting every other Sunday at 10:00 AM. Most of our routes will start and end in downtown Front Royal, exploring the beautiful trails near Skyline Drive and allowing us to support and grow partnerships with other local businesses as we continue to expand throughout the region.

Gateway to Shenandoah National Park
Front Royal is the northern gateway to Shenandoah National Park and sits at the confluence of the North and South Forks of the Shenandoah River. Our location offers unparalleled access to some of the most beautiful running trails in the Appalachian region, from downtown historic routes to mountain vistas along Skyline Drive.
When We Run
Mark your calendars! Our first run is February 8th, 2026. Join us every other Sunday for a run through downtown Front Royal, followed by brunch.

Route Options
Whether you run or walk, we've got a route for you. All paces welcome. All vibes encouraged.
Run Route
3 Miles
Start at the Gazebo and head west on Main Street to Royal. Take a left and continue to South Street, then head to the Happy Creek Trail, passing Main Street again and continuing onto Commerce. Take a left on 6th Street, back to Royal, and finish by cruising through Chester Street to the rear entrance of On Cue.

Walk Route
1 Mile
Head east on Main Street to the Happy Creek Trail, take a right on Prospect, and continue west to Church Street, where we'll turn north and head back to On Cue. Perfect for walkers or those looking for a shorter route.

Post-Run Fun
After we wrap up, everyone is encouraged to hang out at On Cue for brunch and drink specials exclusively for FRRC members. Whether you're running, walking, or cheering—this is about building community and having a great time together.
